About Us

Ms. Deidra S. Stewart, MSW, LISW-CP is a native of Greenwood, MS. She attended Mississippi Valley State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She furthered her education at the University of Southern Indiana, where she received her Masters of Social Work degree.

Professionally, Ms. Stewart has over twenty years of experience in the mental health field.  She has worked in various settings, serving all ages: schools, community agency, hospital outreach, intensive outpatient, domestic violence shelter,  and faith based nonprofit organizations.  Ms. Stewart is trained/certified in therapy approaches such as EMDR, TF-CBT, and Critical Incident Stress Management. In addition to being a therapist, she is a certified life coach, consultant, notary public and adjunct professor.

Aside from her professional career, she is an ordained evangelist and mentors youth and young adults.  She has served on many community and ministry boards, and feels her life’s purpose is to bring healing and hope to the whole person.
