Initial session will generally last 60-90 minutes; subsequent sessions for 55-60 minutes.

Contact our office for rates. Cash, personal checks, credit or debit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.

We ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments in order to avoid the "no-show" fee. This is an out-of-pocket expense that is the sole responsibility of the client.
